1. What services do you provide?

We offer expert guidance and management for all DVLA and DVSA processes, including vehicle registration, IVA applications, imports, exports, cherished plate transfers, and bespoke casework. 2. Can you guarantee my vehicle will be approved?

No one can guarantee DVLA or DVSA approval, as the final decision rests with the authorities. However, our 20+ years of experience means we know the process inside out and can give you the best possible chance of success.

3. What if I book the wrong service?

Don’t worry — if you choose the wrong service and checkout and pay, we’ll simply adjust it to the correct one. We’re flexible and always want you to feel confident. You can cancel anytime prior to us carrying out your chosen service.

4. How do consultations work?

Consultations are carried out by phone or video call (WhatsApp, Google Meet, Teams, or FaceTime). You pay online, then book your preferred slot using our scheduling system. We are generally available within 2/3 hours of booking but nearly always the next day. You can see our schedule before paying in the ‘Book Consultation’ page

5. Do you handle the whole process for me?

Yes. We can manage everything from customs clearance, HMRC NOVA, IVA applications, type approval, and registration, right through to DVLA approval. You can also use us just for specific parts of the process if you wish.

6. What happens if DVLA reject my application?

We offer a dedicated DVLA Rejection Letter Guidance service. We’ll explain exactly what the rejection means, how to resolve it, and provide step-by-step instructions — or, if you prefer, we can take over and resubmit on your behalf.

If we carried out your original application and it is rejected, there are no additional costs for us to resubmit, except in cases where DVLA require extra supporting evidence (for example, a manufacturer dating letter). In those cases, you would only need to cover the cost of the additional evidence itself.

7. Can you help with lost or missing V5C documents?

Yes. If you’ve lost your V5C, bought a vehicle without one, or are still waiting, we will manage the entire application for a replacement on your behalf.

We can also arrange to tax the vehicle at the same time, provided it meets DVLA requirements:

  • The vehicle must be registered in your name or logged with DVLA as ‘in trade’.

  • There are other circumstances in which a vehicle can be taxed — please contact us to confirm eligibility.

  • Road Fund Licence (RFL) costs are additional and will be quoted once the service is purchased.

8. Do you work with both private and trade customers?

Yes. We support private individuals importing or registering a single/multiple vehicles, as well as trade customers managing multiple imports and more complex fleets.

9. How do I get a quote for import services not listed?

Simply send us a WhatsApp message or email with your vehicle details (make, model, year, country of origin), and we’ll provide a tailored quote. We manage all the nuances — the services listed on our site are the most common, but we can assist with all DVLA/DVSA casework, including expert witnessing where required.
